If you find a cocunut on the beach go over to a tree by the beach cut it down dig it up and bury the cocunut. Then in a few days it will grow. Repeat this and get a coconut orchard, then eachtime u get all the cocunuts go and sell them for 500$ each.

Keep buying coffee from Brewster at the cafe every day until he begins taking to you in a more friendly manner.

 

 

 

Crazy Redd: Entering his tent

To enter Crazy Redd's tent you must give a password the first time and become a member. You can usually find the password by talking to some of the villagers.

 

 

 

Crazy Redd: Detecting forged items

Buy a painting from Crazy Redd, then immediately check the catalog at Nook's shop. If the painting is listed in it, give it to Blathers to be appraised. If the painting is not listed in the catalog, it is a forgery. Sell it to Tom Nook instead of getting it appraised first, which will lower the selling price.

 

Go up to the item and press A. Crazy Redd will tell you how much it costs. If there is a thought bubble over his head, and he says it "is a very nice item", "it took ol' Redd a long time to get his hands on that!", "a lot of wheeling and dealing", "when it comes to items for Crazy Redd's family, I won't stop 'til I get it!", or "I'm gonna offer it to you for only Bells!", then the item is fake. Pay attention, because after he says these lines he will only say he had another cousin eyeing it. If an item seems very cheap, such as a few thousand Bells (for example, 2,800), then do not buy it, as the item is most likely fake. Note: This may not work if you do not buy the membership, because he only calls you family if you buy it. It is worth a mere 3,000 Bells.

Set your system date to the year 2099. Lyle will be waiting outside to sell you Accident Insurance. There will also be bugs every time you set down new furniture.

 

 

 

Mr. Resetti: Home

Restart the game at least two times to have Mr. Resstti appear. Next, use a shovel to hit all the rocks until one cracks. Hit that rock again then enter the hole that appears to find Mr. Resetti's home.

 

 

 

Sable: Become friends

Go in the Able Sisters store. Find Sable near the sewing machine and talk to her every day until she starts being friendly.

 

 

 

Tom Nook: Home

Go to the back of Tom Nook's shop between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. Use a shovel to hit the back wall three times then the hit the front entrance once. You will be able to enter and see Tom Nook in pajamas with a teddy bear.

 

 

 

Cause all the mail to be sent

Normally, the mail will only come at 9am and 5pm daily. However, there is a way to make the mail come whenever you want. When you order an item from the catalog, or when you or one of your villagers sends a letter, it becomes "pending to be sent" at the post office. However, the post office can only hold ten letters as "pending" at a time. If more than ten letter are sent, all the mail will come. So, in order to cause the mail to come whenever you want, simply send letters to one of your villagers or another character in your house until there are more than ten total letters waiting to be sent. This is a great way to get items from the catalog whenever you want.

 

 

 

Won't Take Back

If you buy some thing from tom nook or mable they will not put it back in their store so be carful that you want to give back what you give back or you won't be able to get it again unless (from tom nook) you order the item but this will take a while to arrive.

Cornimer will give you mush furniture for a specific amount of acorns. The only chance to get acorns is at the Acorn Festival:

 

 

 

 

Block Resetti

In front of your house, where Resetti usually appears, drop multiple items (it can be anything) on the ground (multiple items are not necessary, but you should in case you put it in the wrong spot). After you do this, you may turn the game off without saving as you please, as long as you keep the items on the ground there. Resetti will not be able to come to the surface and nag you, blocked by the items.
