26. Insanity	Complete the game on the "Insanity" difficulty level without changing the setting (75).
27. No One Left Behind	Keep your team alive through the suicide mission (75).
28. Long Service Medal	Complete Mass Effect 2 twice, or complete it once with a character imported from Mass Effect 1 (75).
29. Paramour	Successfully pursue a relationship with a teammate (50).
30. Head Hunter	Perform 30 headshot kills with any weapon on humanoid targets (10).
31. Brawler	Shoot and kill 20 enemies while they're knocked back by a punch (10).
32. Big Game Hunter	Thresher Maw defeated (10).
33. Tactician	Hit 20 different targets with multiple biotic powers to combine the effects (10).
34. Master at Arms	Kill enemies with 5 different heavy weapons during the game (15).
35. Merciless	Make 20 enemies scream as they fall or are set on fire (10).
36. Overload Specialist	Disrupt the shields of 25 enemies (15).
37. Warp Specialist	Warp the barriers of 25 enemies (15).
38. Incineration Specialist	Incinerate the armor of 25 enemies (15).
39. Operative	Complete a mission discovered by scanning an unexplored world (15).
40. Agent	Complete 5 missions discovered by scanning unexplored worlds (50).
41. Prospector	Retrieve mineral resources by scanning and probing a planet in the galaxy map (5).
42. Explorer	Visit 100% of the planets in an unexplored cluster (10).
43. Power Gamer	Reach Level 30 with one character (10).
44. Scholar	Unlock 15 new Mass Effect 2 codex entries (15).
45. Technician	Obtain 10 technology upgrades (15).

47. Scientist	Complete any research project in the Normandy's laboratory (10).

Unlocked Alternate Color Schemes and Loyalty Skills for Party Members

Complete the Loyalty missions each party member gives you to unlock their hidden Loyalty skills and alternate colors for their costumes

New Colors for Party Members	Complete a party member's loyalty mission.
Unlock Loyalty Skills	Complete the Loyalty missions for each of your party members to unlock their individuals skills.

Once you beat the game on any difficulty all characters will gain an additional 25% experience bonus.

Infinite Paragon / Renegade

During the course of the game you unlock training to redistribute your skill points. Talent Mastery adds a certain percentage to your paragon / renegade. Respec and distribute into your mastery over and over until paragon and renegade are full.

All new characters, including imported ones, gain these bonuses after you have completed the game.

Bonus Skills for Shepard

After completing a character's loyalty mission, you can unlock a new skill for use by the main character. To pick or change which skill you are using, simply complete the "Advanced Training" research upgrade on your ship. On your first character, you will need to train to use these skills, but on every character made or imported after unlocking these skills you can pick them immediately upon creation.
