All Shop Items:
     Go  to  the  factions  screen  in your PDA (subscreen), and enter

Unlimited Health:
     Go  to the factions screen in your PDA (subscreen), and enter Up,
Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right.

Han Solo Skin:
     Go  to  the  factions  screen  in your PDA (subscreen), and enter
Left, Left, Right, Right, Up, Down, Up, Up.

Mafia Heavy Skin:
     Go  to  the  factions  screen  in your PDA (subscreen), and enter
Left, Left, Right, Right, Down, Up, Down, Up.

"DRUNK DRIVING" this is not really a cheat, but to me it's just fun. Ok, first enter the unlimited health cheat then find a vehicle (works better in cars), then shoot the vehicle until it has 20 or lower life (check every once in a while by getting in, making sure you DON'T blow it up). Then, get in the car fast it will say that it is about to blow up but it doesn't! The hilarious part of this cheat is that if you go on the road, pedestrians and cars will avoid you making it easier not to crash and being hilarious at the same time!
