Unlock Titanium Ranger:
     Rescue the Titanium Ranger in the final level and then finish the
game.  Save  the  game  again  after the credits. Load and start a new
game. The Titanium Ranger is now unlocked.

Level select:
     Go to codes menu then enter "omega"

Unlimited lives:
     Go to codes menu then enter "immortal"

Unlimited continues:
     Go to codes menu then enter "forever"

All galleries:
     Go to codes menu then enter "showcase"

Play as Titanium Ranger:
     Go to codes menu then enter "ultimate"
