Go  to  main  menu,  choose  the "Game Modes" option, then select
"Fight To The Top" mode, then enter the following first and last names
at the driver information. Note: All names are case-sensitive.

Unlock  every  vehicles and drivers in all 4 divisions and unlock

Unlock all Chase Plates:

     You  can  toggle  this option in the Damage selection in Race Now
mode and will appear as "Wal-Mart No Collision Mode".
