Unlocking Last Gaiden Stages
     In  order to unlock them, you must complete these requirements in
Stage 7:

Sengoku:            Achieve 1000 KO 
Shu:                Escape from the burning castle within 2 minutes 
                    (this includes friendly officers) 
Wei:                Defeat the defected Da Ji within 1 minute
Wu:                 Rescue the Sun family within 3 minutes


Unlocking Special Mounts
Out of all the special mounts, only Red Hare and Matsukaze 
return in Warriors Orochi.
