Stage Select:
     Hold L1+L2+R1+R2, and press Triangle, X, Square and Circle on the
character select screen to unlock stage select.

Unlock All Skateboards:
     Hold  L1+L2+R1+R2,  and  press  X, Triangle, Triangle, Circle and
Square on the character select screen to unlock all skateboards.
