Various cheats
     For the following to work, you must clear Story Mode once:

Full Member Mode: 
     Press and hold L1 + R2 + L3 at the title screen and press Start

Gundam: 
     Press and hold L1 + L2 + L3 at the title screen and press Start

For the following to work, you must clear Full Member Mode once: 

Hard Mode: 
     Press and hold R1 + L2 + R3 at the title screen and press Start

Hyaku Shiki: 
     Press and hold R1 + R2 + R3 at the title screen and press Start
