Cheat 1:

     Use this tip with care it could ruin your enjoyment of this game.
Hit  [F1] to go to the regional map display. Hold down [Shift]+[4] and
you will be given $500,000

Cheat 2:

     Pause  the  game  and  build  power  plants  in as many places as
possible.  When  you get $30,000 in the red your money will turn black
and you will have $30,000 to play with

Cheat 3:

     Free Money - Press F1, $ (or press $, $, $, $...)
