Enable Extra Characters
     First,   make  a  backup  of  your  system  registry  by  running
Regedit.exe,  clicking  on  Registry  on  the top menu and then Export
Registry.

Now go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/TAITO/PF2012/SpFlags

Next set the value of 'Burn', 'Keith', and 'Wong' to 1.
