In  the  Panzer.INI  file,  add  "TestCheat  = TRUE" to the [SIM]
section. In the game press:

F12                     will end the scenario as a loss.
Control-F12             will end the scenario as a minor victory.
Control-Shift-F12       will end the scenario as a win.
Control-Shift-End       will cause your vehicle to self-destruct.
Control-Shift-Delete    will cause the currently targeted vehicle
                        to blow up. It's called the "Finger of God".
