To  enable  the  cheats you need to be in gameplay (singleplayer)
and press down F12 to bring down the console.

[CHEAT ON]              Enables a Cheat Code.
[CHEAT OFF]             If you see this for the description of a Cheat Code, 
                        then you can run that Cheat Code again to turn 
                        the cheat off.

NOTE: ALL the Cheat Codes can be entered multiple times.

In the console write the following:
