If you try to play against the easier opponents in single tournaments use the Left-Right strategy. When the ball is coming press the left arrow. Your ball will go to the left side of the screen. They will throw it back and stop there, now when the ball is coming back again press the right arrow (don't do it too hard or else you will get the 'Out' thing).
