Ok. I am going to tell you how to get a Groundon in the game. First, beat the Elite Four, then beat your rival, if you already haven't, get a starter from the Kanto from Oak. Then go to Mr. Pokemon's house and talk to him. He will give you the Red Orb. Then go to the cave in Cianwood Town and face him. He is level 50, so be careful.
